SHIPPING

Your order of back issues will be shipped from our Washington, DC, office within five business days of your order via the US Postal Service, Media Mail. If you would like to arrange for delivery via FedEx, additional fees apply. Please contact us at communio.ea@gmail.com.

If you have purchased a subscription, we will begin your subscription with the forthcoming issue, which will be sent directly form the printer immediately following its publication via US Postal Service, Media Mail. Please note that we cannot guarantee international delivery of subscriptions. Due to repeated difficulties in successful international shipping, we regret that we are unable to offer any free replacement issues to international subscribers. If you would like to arrange for FedEx delivery of one volume (four issues) per year to any destination, including the aforementioned, please contact us at communio.ea@gmail.com and we will send you a quote.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

A notification of change of address should be submitted three weeks in advance. We are not responsible for providing a missed issue if we were not notified of a change of address in advance.

REPLACEMENTS

The replacement of an unreceived issue must be requested within six months' time. We offer one complimentary replacement per year/subscription for U.S. subscribers. Due to repeated difficulties in successful shipping, we regret that we are unable to offer any complimentary print replacement issues to international subscribers.

RETURNS

You may return your unused book or journal for a full refund up to 90 days after your purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time for a full refund of the remaining portion of your subscription.
